You werenāt expecting this in your inbox, but maybe itās exactly what you needed today. Hereās āThe Sparkāā¦

Dear Reader,
Right now Iām watching a YouTube documentary on Andy Warhol, heās one of my obsessions lol.
Like many āAspiesā I tend to develop obsessions and do deep dives on people and topics, as a matter of routine. It can be quite a āmistakeā for a neurotypical when they inadvertently bring up a topic that is one of my āobsessionsā š Iāve gotten better at not going on for hours, but oh it can be so hard when Iām excited, I do confess!
This is the first week of my āNovember resetā and Iām so glad Iāve taken this hiatus for myself. Today Iāve gone back into my garden, after several weeks of neglect.
Sadly, I think I have lost some plants (again). But Iām going to tend to them now and bring back what I can.
Thatās the thing about setbacks Reader, itās not if they will happen, but when.
Rewind to last August and one of my worst nights in recent months. My mother had hurt me deeply. Hormones were doing their thing. Shadow work had cracked me open. And all of it converged into one messy, overwhelming night where I reached for wine and food like they were life rafts.
I binged until I felt sick. Then sat there, devastated, convinced Iād ruined everything.
I thought Iād undone weeks of progress. That Iād self-sabotaged. That I was right back at square one.
As I sat there, in the silence, a refrain gently came forward⦠a setback isnāt a reset.
The next day, instead of punishing myself, I did something different. I hydrated. Made tea. Wrapped myself in gentleness instead of guilt. Tended to what needed tending.
And the progress Iād made? It was still there. Underneath the noise. Waiting for me to come back.
One hard day doesnāt erase your growth Reader. It just shows you where you still need support.
If your world feels heavy right now it can be easy to abandon the very rituals that keep us grounded. To skip the evening wind-down. To let the candles gather dust. To numb instead of nurture.
But creating moments of peace isnāt indulgence, itās preservation.
Itās how you stay rooted when everything else feels shaky. Itās how you find your next step when the path ahead isnāt clear.
Luckily, this is where my newest offering āIlluminate Your Next Stepā comes in.
For just $45 (save $34.95), you get my ā5-Minute Evening Resetā ebook PLUS a 45-minute private tarot or coaching session with me.
One gives you a simple ritual to restore calm tonight. The other gives you personalized clarity for whatever crossroads youāre facing now.
However, the cart closes tonight.
So if youāre a woman who keeps the light burning even in turbulent timesā¦
