🕯️ what I wrote in my journal a year ago (never shared this)

THE SPARK

…because one bright idea can shift everything

You weren’t expecting this in your inbox, but maybe it’s exactly what you needed today. Here’s “The Spark”…

Dear Reader,

A year ago, I wrote something in my journal that I've never shared publicly.

I was surrounded by people who loved me.

Friends who showed up in real, tangible ways.

And still, I wrote: I don't feel fully supported.

Not because they weren't trying.

They were.

But there was one place (the place where the weight was heaviest) where I was completely alone.

No one to step in.

No one to hand it to.

No one to give me permission to put it down, even for a day.

So I pushed through.

What I didn't understand then was this:

I wasn't just tired. I was misaligned.

The life I was living had quietly drifted from the life I was built for.

And no amount of pushing was going to fix a structural problem.

Can you relate Reader?

If so, before you do anything else today, answer this:

Where in your life have you been adapting around a problem instead of addressing it?

No need to fix anything yet.

Just name the gap.

That moment of honest recognition is where the shift begins.

And that's exactly what we'll building on together next Friday.

The Clarity Shift is a 75-minute live webinar that I'll be hosting on April 17th.

We'll work through the gap, together.

You'll leave with something real and usable before the weekend has begun.

ELEVATE + THRIVE™ Design a Life of Elegance, Ease & Intention. One Choice at a Time. VISIT SARINANICOLE.COM Dear Reader, Last year, this time, I was standing at my desk holding a hard drive I'd just bought. A mechanic's bill was weighing on my mind and a broken dryer kept side-eyeing me every time I walked past it. Yet I felt more settled than I had in a long time. Not because the timing was perfect. It wasn't. But because I was finally done waiting for it to be. That hard drive had been...
